Tempranillo & Graciano from Dominio de Fontana

We’ve bought this estate wine in Madrid two weeks ago and it was definitely a good choice. This Castilian beauty is pure and fresh and very Spanish. It has a clear palette and not too much acidity. Good for warm evening or night

NOSE: medium rare beef – seriously!

MOUTH:  vanilla, blackcurrant, and blueberries

DRINKING: during Nadal – Thiem match in Rome; this time 6-4 6-3 for Thiem. What a battle!

YEAR: 2012

RETAILER: Vino Premier (available online)
